The Green Shirt proudly partners with locally owned Common Grounds Coffee House in order to provide our clients with a complimentary fresh cup of coffee with each visit! What better way to speed up your morning than by dropping off your dry cleaning and getting your coffee fix all in one stop.

Common Grounds Coffee House is local to the Denver Highlands area and serves their own locally roasted blends. They opened in 1992 and are now thriving as one of Denver's premier coffee houses. They offer soups, salads, and sandwiches in addition to the best coffee, espresso, and tea drinks in Denver. As of 2007 you may also enjoy beer and wine at this location, and don't forget they also serve Denver-made Liks Premium ice cream!

The Green Shirt takes great pride in serving our coffee in the most eco-conscious methods available. We purchase all of our cups, lids, eco-grips, napkins and coffee stirs from Boulder, Colorado based company, Eco Products.

All Eco Products are all made from renewable resources such as corn and sugarcane, not petroleum. Petroleum is a fossil fuel and is non renewable, which means that eventually we will run out! Eco Products are also compost-able, meaning that if disposed of properly, they will return to their natural state as a nutrient rich material, thus diverting waste from our landfills. All Eco-Products begin as plants, are formed into high quality, reliable products for our customers, and then return to their original state as plant material.

Eco-Products business philosophy is to be protective of the environment and mindful of the impact it has on the lives of their employees and their communities. They are committed to reducing our impacts on air, water and soil to reduce our generation of solid and hazardous waste and to limit our consumption/intake of goods and raw materials.
